Maratt Tech Park is the flagship Information Technology Building (IT Park) developed by Maratt Group. Maratt Tech Park is a LEED GOLD certified, half a million sq. ft. ‘Grade A’ IT Building nestled in the heart of SmartCity Kochi, a 246-acre SEZ project jointly developed by Dubai Holdings and the Government of Kerala. The nine-storied IT facility spans across 3.06 acres and offers LEED GOLD-certified office spaces, tailored for IT and ITES companies that aspire to grow sustainably. This creatively styled IT Park has 6 (six) floors of office space and 3 (three) levels of car parking. Each floor has a leasable area of above 50,000 sq. ft, with customizable workspaces ranging from 4,000 sq. ft upwards to suit the specific requirements of our clients and their business goals.
